PAYMENTS

To purchase on biagettidesignclub.com you can choose between the following payment methods:

(a) Payment in advance via bank transfer to:

Please indicate the the order number (which was communicated to you at the end of the electronic order procedure) as the reason for the transfer.

<p>For payments by advance bank transfer, 3-5 working days are required to verify the outcome of the payments. These times are added to those required for shipping and delivery (see "Shipping"). biagettidesignclub.com will send you an e-mail confirming the payment. The bank transfer allows you to make unlimited purchases;</p>

(b) PayPal®: if you have a PayPal® account or prepaid card you will be redirected to the PayPal site where you can enter your e-mail address and password and make the payment safely and quickly. PayPal® will notify you via e-mail of the outcome of the transaction;

(c) credit card: if you are a credit card holder you can make the payment through the secure electronic payment platform (those accepted are: Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, Amex). You will be able to enter your details and those of your credit card needed to make the payment. The outcome of the transaction will be communicated by e-mail.

(d) Klarna: buy now and pay later. At the time of the transaction you will be redirected to the Klarna website where you can divide the cost of your purchase into 3 interest-free installments, which will be charged to your card every 30 days.

REFUNDS

After choosing to exercise your "Right of Withdrawal", after our warehouse has received your "return" (for more info see the "Returns" section) and checked that all the returned products meet the acceptable requirements, you will receive a confirmation email of the refund. Upon accepting the "return" we will instruct our bank to make the corresponding refund, by whatever payment method you used to make the original purchase, within a maximum of thirty (30) days (excluding related costs for shipping and delivery that will remain at your expense).

SECURE PAYMENTS

biagettidesignclub.com uses three electronic payment platforms:

1) Shopify Payments: the system has all the security protocols existing to date (3D Secure - Verified by Visa, MasterCard SecureCode and CV2). The payment information (for example, the credit / debit card number, the name of the holder, the expiration date, the relative security code) are managed directly by Shopify Payments on its own secure platform, without biagettidesignclub. com has access to it;

2) PayPal®: one of the most secure remote electronic payment methods in the world. The payment information (for example, the credit / debit card number, the name of the holder, the expiration date, the relative security code) are managed directly by PayPal on its own secure platform, without biagettidesignclub.com has access to it. PayPal® verifies that the Internet browser you use is running Secure Sockets Layer 3.0 (SSL) or later. The length of the encryption key is 168 bits, the maximum commercially available length. Transaction data are stored on PayPal® servers and protected by an effective protection system. PayPal® employs an anti-fraud team operating 24 hours a day and 7 days a week.
